- Customs & EU/International Shipping: For EU/international orders , customs processing times and import duties vary by country. Once your parcel has left the UK, Enhanced by Aisha is not responsible for any delays, holds, or additional charges that may occur during customs clearance. If customs require further information or payment, the recipient (customer) must contact their local customs office or courier directly to provide any requested details. As the sender, we are unable to contact or communicate with customs authorities outside the UK, as they only liaise with the recipient in the destination country. We will, however, assist by providing any supporting shipment documents if needed.
